Modes of registration

The registration form must be received by the school (acceptable by fax) 2 weeks before the start of the course.

The inscription is only definitive when accompagnied by the reservation fee which is deductable from the total cost of the course.

On receiving the definitive inscription, ALFA will adress you with confirmation of the dates of your course and arrangeements concerning the host family or other form of accomodation chosen.

The inscription is subject to an obligatory annual subscription of 20 euros.

Parental consent is necessary for those under the age of 18.

Methods of payment

Inscription : The reservation fee is payable by cheque, eurocheque, international money order or direct banking.

Fees paid by cheque must be increased by 1 0 % to cover bank fees.

On the first day of the course, paiement of total fees, deduction of reservation fee.

Cancellation

ALFA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the numbers are insufficient, in this case you can :

• Ask for a re-imboursement of fees paid
• Validate your inscription for another date

In these two situations all cases of "damages" are excluded. The school only accepts cancellations which are sent by recorded mail.

If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the start of the course the reservation fee remains with the school.

Interruption

All course must be paid for in totality, in particular in the case of interruption for personal preferences.

Accommodation

Accommodation fees are paid directly by yourself to the owner or the host family.

It is possible to change your host family on the condition that you inform the school as quickly as possible.

The school holds no responsability for damages caused in your lodging or with your host family.

Insurances

The school's insurance policy covers you during the entirety of your course, it is recommended that you insure yourself against illness or hospitalisation.

Holidays

The school does not work on national holidays.
