ALFA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the numbers are insufficient, in this case you can: Ask for a re-imbursement of fees paid

In these two situations all cases of ‘damages’ are excluded
The school only accepts cancellations which are sent by recorded mail.
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the start of the course the reservation fee remains with the school.
4. Interruption
All courses must be paid for in totality, in particular in the case of interruption for personal preferences.
5. Accommodation
Accommodation fees are paid directly by the student to the owner or the host family.
It is conceivable to change your host family on the condition that you inform the school as quickly as possible.
The school holds no responsibility for damages caused in your lodgement or with your host family.
6. Insurances
The student is strongly advised to get a civil liability and against illness or hospitalisation insurance.
7. Holidays
The school does not work on national holidays.

Minimum duration : 2 weeks

The registration form must be received by the school (available by fax) two weeks before the start of the course. The inscription is only definitive when accompanied by the reservation fee (154 euros) which is deductible from the total cost of the course. On receiving, ALFA will address the student with confirmation of the registration and arrangements concerning the host family or other form of accommodation chosen. The registration is subject to an obligatory annual adhesion of 30 €.
Parental consent is necessary for those under the age of 18.
2. Ways of payment
Inscription : The reservation fee is payable by cheque, Euro cheque, international money order or direct banking + *Fees paid by cheque or direct banking must be increased by 10 % to cover bank fees
On the first day of the course, payment of total fees, deduction of reservation fee.
